Jalan-Jalan ke Jepun #2

kalau considering staying in the Narita Airport (NRT) from 7pm to 7am the next day was my day-1, up to u *crying*. oh yes, i took the earliest flight (the cheapest sebenarnye..haha) and arrived at NRT by 7pm sunday. encik husband arrived at NRT by 7am monday. so sila bayangkan kite duduk kat airport for 12 hours.

but no sweat. trust me. NRT is the safest airport ever with their airport polices strolling and checking the stranded tourist *ehem* around the airport every few hours. lucky for me, polis airport check sekali je. muehehe...yela, sebab gaya kita tak mencurigakan, so no threat to them.

kenapa i tidur kat airport?sebab check in hotel hanya dibuat pada hari isnin. just because i want to wait for my husband, so i decided to stay in the airport la. #tips kalau nak tidur kat airport, tak kisah la tunggu orang or tunggu morning flight, tidur kat bahagian arrival, iaitu level 1. oh. dekat NRT ni ade dua terminal. Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. you all kene check airlines you akan trun kat terminal mana. contohnye, kalau MAS turun Terminal 2. airlines lain sila buat homework sikit yer.;)

sampai-sampai je i terus beli sandwich dengan mineral water bapak haus. mineral water cost me 150 yen (rm4.95)and sandwich dalam 200 yen (rm6.60). kalau masa tu dah pandai and tak cuak sangat, boleh je naik eskalator pergi level 4 (departure hall), kat situ ade takoyaki dalam 400yen (rm13.20) per set dan juga McD serta 7eleven. kat bahagian arrival hanya ada a few kedai sahaja. so sila pergi level 4 untuk lebih varieties.

NRT same macam KLIA jugak untuk international flight. ada tram / aerotrain yang kite kene naik. rasanya KLIA punya aerotrain lagi cantik dari NRT (not sure airport mana yang lebih tua...). so lepas turun dari airplane, naik train pergi terminal, then got your passport check. oh masa passport check tu, macam biasa amik gambar kita and thumb print for record. then amik luggage (if u have any) and custom check.

masa kastam check tu, dia akan tanya:
1. dari mana
2. berapa lama kat jepun
3. stay kat mana
4. datang untuk apa

and dalam flight, stewardess akan bagi form untuk kita fill in dan bagi kat custom jepun. security okay but tak sepoyo singaporean dan tak selenient malaysia. hahaha....just nice!

so anyway, dalam kul 8.30am baru nampak encik husband muncul kat pintu arrival. dah macam i plak kerja kat jepun dia datang melawat. hahaha.... dah la naik seat business class, pastu kutuk2 i. kuang asam gila. anyway, business class MAS bagi toiletries bag TUMI. TUMI okay....haihhh....bai.

jumpa encik husband je, biasa la, mesti drama swasta. ehehe....12 hours ok tunggu. dah la dengan sophea takde, rindu gila babi kat anak i yang berumur 45 hari masa tu. menyesal pun ada tinggalkan dia. sekali encik husband pon sama, rindu kat i. dia cakap dalam flight die teringat je kat i dengan sophea. i dalam flight tu tak ingat sangat la sebab i sebok tengok movie 'The Croods'. best gile citer tu....pastu bila stay kat airport tu yang nangis. muahaha...

ok, untuk ke tokyo ada beberapa cara la, but i'm going to share with you my experience je la. kitorang took the Airport Limousine Bus. kaunter die memang betul-betul depan Gate A arrival. warna oren2 camtu.

so encik husband belikan i tiket limousine bus nie with one day pass for tokyo metro. meaning, tiket limousine bus tu untuk dari NRT ke hotel, and one day pass for tokyo metro tu , kite boleh naik train dia the whole day and bole stop kat mana-mana station pun. ni harga dia 3000yen (rm99) instead of 3410yen (rm113), so kite save dalam 410yen (rm14).

macam kitorang, stay in ANA intercontinental hotel tokyo, located kat Akasaka. so bus tu akan direct transfer kite dari NRT terus gi hotel. tapi limousine bus nie hantar kat selected hotel saja, but if your hotel is near or walking distance from the bus station, boleh jugak pakai limousine bus nie. normal price untuk bus saja is 2700yen (rm89).

i memang suggest u all amik yang limousine+ 1-day metro pass ni sebab berbaloi jugak. walaupun hakikatnya kita memang takkan boleh cover the whole stations in one day, maybe boleh cover dalam 3-4 stations in 1 day, still consider cheap jugak sebab from the station to another station pun paling cheap 160yen (rm5.30).

ok. kat NRT ni takde tempat smoke sesuka hati k. dia ada smoking room sendiri.

nampak beg tu tersadai je kat luar? to be honest, Japan is the safest country ever! like seriously. ada sekali tu i nampak ade mamat tu nak amek tourist la kat arrival gate, die letak je beg die kat kerusi and pergi kat gate. jauh okay , kire kalau orang curi memang tak sempat dia kejar. but jangan la free sgt macam tu, sebab still ade orang bukan jepun kat situ yang jahat kan. just be cautious la k.

dalam limousine bus tu, luggage akan masuk perut bus. atas bus, sila pakai belt. staff diorang akan check. ironinya, orang jepun akan cakap jepun all the time, but we will understand sebab walaupun dia cakap jepun, tapi dia akan tunjuk universal signage macam no smoking ke, pakai belt ke, etc etc.

signage untuk segalanya adalah banyak kat jepun and easy to understand. so jangan risau, kita takkan sesat dan takkan hilang. tak akan! hehehe.... *positive mode on*

perjalanan dari NRT to hotel kitorang amik masa dalam 1.30 jam camtu , tapi depends on the traffic jugak la kan. but so far okay.

so that's all for now. nanti sambung cerita pasal tokyo metro yang sangat awesome!!! daaa.....=)

Jalan-Jalan ke Jepun #1

Anda nak melancong ke jepun?? nak tau tips-tips mudah jalan-jalan ke jepun? wahhh...macam iklan travel agency plak..hahaha...i'll shre with you guys tips-tips sepanjang perjalanan dari malaysia (KUL) ke jepun (NRT). some easy tips yang i rasa berguna la jugak untuk mereka-mereka yang nak melancong or business trip ke jepun for short period of time.

anyway, for those who know me, it was a prompt decision to followed encik husband on the business trip to japan. actually tak la business pun. but encik husband went to japan to represent the country (oh well...malaysia la..) on green-technology-kinda-thing-i-couldn't-be-bothered-cos-i-want-to-go-shopping.

encik husband got the memo i think 2 weeks before the departure time where's yours truly dalam masa seminggu je kena decide nak ikot ke tak. and the flight ticket was bought 3 days before departure. how cool is that!?erkk...not so cool sebab ended up baju main campak je dalam luggage.

HELLOOOOO!!!!!JEPUNNN KOTTT!!

bukan macam pergi port dickson kalau tinggal barang boleh patah balik kan. but i always do this when i go overseas. #tips1: whenever you go overseas that require your passport and visas, dont worry much on clothing sebab kita boleh beli kat sana, but keep your eyes ultimately on passport/visa/creditcard/cash. ini kalau dah sampai kat airpot narita (jepun) pastu passport cicir kat airport KLIA lepas immigration check, whoishhh....haru hidup! passport tu menunjukkan siapa kita.

so i went there by Malaysian Airlines. one of the reason i pergi pun sebab tiket murah yang amat. tak caya kan pergi jepun boleh dapat murah?? murah...return tiket rm1500. hahahaha...*evillaugh* i rasa travel agency pun tak boleh dapat harga macam tu. com'on people, MAS?rm1500?? kalau tak pergi sila makan kuaci...kikiki... macam mana dapat murah??takde specific tips pun. i tengok online, KUL-NRT rm250, NRT-KUL rm750. gedebak gedebuk tax ape jadah semua jadi rm1500. i booked the flight for one day, esok bayar pakai credit card.

oh citer pasal credit card. dulu i rasa orang yang pakai credit card ni berlagak, mengader-ngader etc etc, bila dah masuk umur 27 ni, baru la faham kegunaan credit card. selain menyelamatkan diri daripada rugi banyak kalau kena rompak dahtu baru withdraw cash rm1500 nak bayar flight tiket (ehhh...sambung citer plak...hahah), credit card sangat membantu bila kat overseas. takkan nak bawak cash rm10000 pergi jepun. jap lagi kena soal bagai kat immigration sana. tak ke masalah? #tips2: sila apply credit card before pergi overseas. kalau boleh, cari credit card yang world wide acceptable, maksudnya satu dunia boleh pakai (provided diorang ada machine accept credit card la..haha...kalau takde nak swipe kat celah mane??kiki). sekarang pun banyak bank credit card diorang boleh pakai world wide. i own satu citibank credit card, and satu lagi cimb credit card. #tips3:owh, jangan lupa activate your credit card before pergi. call je nombor belakang credit card tu. "hello miss, i would like to activate my card for international use. i'll be going to japan.." nanti orang tu tanye balik bape lama pergi and dari hari ape ke hari ape, sebab diorang akan activate penggunaan kad tu on the mention dates sahaja. so kalau ada usage before or after the mention date, kira fraud la. senang kite nak monitor.

ok so make sure weather jepun macam mana, masa i pergi tu bulan july and it was summer. dalam 23 to 34 degrees so panas la. i memang bawak baju nipis2 jer, senang. oh MAS bagi bawak 30kg, so sila sumbat.

orait. siapa yang hantu sushi, boleh la kot bertahan makan sushi kat jepun. i ni memang bukan penggemar sushi, 2 tahun sekali kot makan. hahaha....so i bawak 4 cups of maggi, 2 bungkus maggi perisa ayam satu, perisa kari (wajib!). biskut munchys etc etc dalam 3 bungkus. ini bekalan untuk seminggu, dua orang. oh dengan 2 tin tuna spread ayam brand. settle bab food. not to forget, ini kan prompt decision, i rasa kalau sebulan before fly, mau bawak sambal bilis , sambal raden etc etc. hahaha....tekak melayu + tekak jawa, memang la!

eh anak i nanges la. got to go...nanti i sambung entry lain...stay tuned tau!!!!heee...sayonara!! (eh gelabah giler....hahaha)
